I decided to challenge myself with the intricate detailing of a rose, focusing on capturing its delicate beauty while emphasizing its bold structure. Using stippling techniques with a fine-tip pen, I meticulously layered dots to create depth, shadows, and texture. This approach required patience but gave the piece a striking dimensional quality, making the petals appear soft while the stem and thorns remained sharp and defined.
