My Rendezvous Website project, completed in Design Studio II during Semester 4, marked a deep dive into designing and building a fully functional website using WordPress. The goal was to create an online presence for a fictional café-bar-restaurant that radiated warmth, sophistication, and versatility. From showcasing a diverse menu to promoting events, this project embodied a modern, user-friendly design, seamlessly integrating content to cater to every visitor.
The Rendezvous Website features pages like Home, Menu, Events, About Us, and Contact Us, each crafted to enhance user engagement. I focused on clean layouts, warm-toned photography, and thoughtful details, such as an intuitive navigation bar and clear calls to action. This project was a rewarding experience that honed my web design skills while allowing me to combine aesthetics with functionality, delivering a polished and cohesive online identity.
