Complete Stationary Set
This was a group project which I had the pleasure of working alongside Leila Francis. It was completed during Semester 4 in our Branding class, and was a semester-long journey that resulted in a fully realized stationery set and expo displayfor our fictional brand Soléa. The collaboration was seamless, as I designed the surfboard-shaped business cards and labels using Adobe Illustrator, while Leila brought the wave-shaped envelope to life with her own creative touch. For the letterhead, I designed the background in Illustrator with wave detailing and composed the final layout in Adobe InDesign, ensuring a polished and professional look. The Soléa sign and the sunscreen poster, both designed by Leila, added a bold visual impact to our branding. Together, we conceptualized and set up the entire table display, incorporating elements like sand, shells, beach balls, starfish, and vibrant colors to perfectly capture Soléa’s essence.
The stationery set was a cornerstone of the project, reflecting the brand’s identity through cohesive design and playful creativity. The surfboard-shaped business cards and vibrant labels I created in Illustrator brought energy and personality to the brand, while the wave-shaped envelope by Leila added a dynamic and unique touch. The wave-detailed letterhead tied it all together, showcasing the brand’s beachy, carefree aesthetic.
This was easily my favorite project, thanks not only to the creative freedom but also to working with Leila, who was the absolute best partner. We share a similar design style and taste, which made every step of the process feel effortless and fun. Our collaboration felt natural, with our individual skills complementing each other perfectly to create a cohesive and stunning final product. Seeing everything come together at the expo was incredibly rewarding and a highlight of the semester.
